Curb appeal is huge when selling your home. Make sure your front and backyard are trimmed, mowed, and kept beautiful! This will allow for a great first impression when home buyers come for their first viewing. Which may encourage a second visit and everyone knows what that means....they are likely interested buyers!
Also, when people think of curb appeal a lot don't consider the front porch or entry area. To increase the curb appeal you should consider updating the the hardware on the front door...the door knocker, door bell etc.
The little details is what helps put that SOLD sign up. So take a look around and if you see something old or outdated its time to update!
