First Impressions - Exterior of Property

When a buyer for example sees a house for a first time they will take into consideration the state the yard is in, drive way, siding, windows, entry etc. They then will wonder what the inside is like...especially if the outside is not in the best condition. 


So listen up! This is of utmost importance especially as fall is upon us. Leaves are starting to fall, dirt, and wind is stirring everything up...which essentially affects the way your property looks. So get that rake out, mow the lawn, and start painting the trim because your buyers are out there and they are going to be looking at the exterior of the home and property!

If you don't have the time, hire the kid down the street or a yard maintenance company to take care of the clean up. As long as it looks clean and tidy you're on the right path. But consider going a little further if the paint is starting to peel or trim needs replacing. Those small touches make a huge impact and could make that passerby considering taking a more serious look and all of a sudden you have a buyer!

In conclusion...clean up, paint up, and fix up!
